If you have any issue please contact us within 6 hours of receiving the plant mail. Please send us photos and videos of your box for any damage during transit. No refunds or replacement will be issued if no proof was sent to us.

It is normal for new leaves to fall off or turn yellow during shipping, note that you are buying a live plant/s. These type of issue is not covered for refund and/or replacement.

Buyers are responsible for return labels and we will charge you a restocking fee of 15%. I can only refund 50% of the item price upon receiving it in good condition (Shipping not included), meaning no damage or pest when buyers sends it back to me. I will not refund or replace a plant that's dead or damaged and has been in your care for more than 2 days.

Bunchahoyas reserves the right to cancel the orders without notice or cause provided to the buyers.

Hi! This is Bunchahoyas but my friends, plant addicts, and enablers call me Jen.

I’m the owner, chaos tamer, propagation queen, plant shopper, plant seller, plant packer, and professional box Tetris champion behind this business. In short… I do everything.

What started as a “cute little hobby” quickly spiraled into a full-blown plant business and mild Hoya addiction. And before you ask if I love this job the answer is YES. Hell yes. I loved it so much I even quit my HR job to do this full time.

At Bunchahoyas, I bring in unique Hoyas from across Asia from the motherland Philippines, to Thailand, Vietnam, and other corners of the Hoya universe.

And here’s the catch… I try to keep things budget friendly, which means most people show up planning to buy one plant and somehow leave with five and emotional support Hoyas.

Speaking of chaos and community have you heard of the Hoya Raid Train on Palmstreet?

Yep. I started that one with my amazing co-organizers Yaya and Anne.

For the last six months we’ve been running a monthly Hoya party, where a lineup of sellers hop on the train and each gets 30 minutes to sell plants, cause financial ruin, and spread Hoya love.

And honestly… it’s been one of the most fun things we’ve built in the plant community.
